A Winter’s Tale

A new musical, based on Shakespeare’s play of jealousy, love, deception and reconciliation. With music by Howard Goodall, best known for his compositions for television, including ‘Blackadder’ and ‘The Vicar of Dibley’; a company of young performers from across the North of England; and written and directed by Nick Stimson, with choreography by Liv Lorent and design by Michael Vale. The compelling music drama will take us through the comic and the tragic towards the most magical and unexpected of conclusions.
An inspiring production performed by young artists from the region. Suitable for KS3 / KS4 students and above.
This special school performance of A Winter’s Tale is on the 8th December at 1.00pm and is expected to finish around 3.30pm. There will be an interval half way through the performance.
There are a limited number of tickets available and these will be issued on a first come first served basis.
