A new activity, new way to meet people….
Why not try one of the introductory skiing, snowboarding or climbing courses at Whickham Thorns Outdoor Activity Centre this winter? All courses are suitable for absolute beginners, with a range of development sessions and private tuition also available.
Whickham Thorns Outdoor Activity Centre offers top class facilities and equipment plus qualified and enthusiastic instructors at prices you will find hard to beat.
Courses consist of three or four ninety minute sessions which can be spread over a week or a month.
Sessions start at 6.00pm and the courses are available from end of November through to March.

You can pick up a copy from the Civic Centre Reception or from any of Gateshead leisure facilities or libraries.
